Keep on Grooming!
The other day I received an email from my cell phone provider. They wanted to share with me what they were doing to protect their staff and me, their customer, during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I sort of chuckled to myself because I really didn't see the value or point of their email. Maybe I'm insensitive, but there comes a point where customers are inundated with emails about COVID-19 and quite frankly enough is enough- I get it- everyone is washing their hands.
