Canada Post- Service Disruption
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Once we drop off the shipment to Canada Post, the process, unfortunately, it is out of our hands. Rest assured- we want to make sure your orders get to you in a safe and timely manner.
Due COVID-19, Canada Post is experiencing higher volumes than normal. As such, we are hearing upwards of 10 days just for packages to be properly received or scanned. Packages that normally take 8-10 business days is taking upwards of 20 business days or more.
We are monitoring the situation closely on a case by case basis.
Orders placed in Winnipeg are not expected to be effected by this possible disruption as we deliver these orders personally.
