Sippin' By The Fire- Shave Soap

Night falls and the warm fire glows.  The trees disappear in the darkness and the crackle of the fire is soothing and rhythmic.  The smoke and charred wood aroma fills the air.  You pour your favourite whiskey into your camp mug. (no fancy highballs here) 

You reflect on today's work and ponder tomorrow's adventures.  Four more trips to go before you head home.  Your thoughts pause as you take a sip, the whiskey warms your soul. 

Flying up north and doing what pilots call "lodge work" was some of the most difficult work I ever did.  Shipping cargo and people to remote fishing camps, coping with weather, challenging flying and even more challenging runways.  It was also some of the most exciting flying I ever did.  

At night, when we finished the day's work, there was nothing more satisfying than a warm fire, good drinks and good company.  Tales of aviators and adventures from years past came back to life. 

Sippin' By The Fire takes me back to those times.  Why don't you pull up a seat and join me?

Fire Notes-  Saffron, Clove, Incense, Sandalwood, Amber Patchouli, Smoke

Whiskey Notes- Whiskey, Smoke, Oak, Tonka Bean

About this Soap

I worked with Chris and Mary from Highland Springs Soap Co. to develop this scent.  Using their popular soap base, we began working on the scent last year. This is one of the more complex scents I've collaborated on and I invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy.

Ingredients:

Aqua (Water),Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil ,Butyrospermum Parkii (shea) butter, Stearic Acid, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Glycerin, Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, Bentonite, Parfum.
